• Stage 1 : 1st Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1)
• Stage 2 : 2nd Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2)
• Stage 3 : Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST) / Skill Test (if applicable)
• Stage 4 : Document Verification (DV)
• Stage 5 : Medical Examination

Important Guidelines for Aadhaar Verification

• Candidates must verify primary details using Aadhaar during online application to prevent delays during scrutiny.
• The Name and Date of Birth in Aadhaar must have a 100% match with the Class 10th pass certificate.
• Ensure Aadhaar is updated with the latest photograph and biometric details (fingerprint and iris) prior to applying.

• Visit the official railway recruitment portal at rrbapply.gov.in or rrb.indianrailways.gov.in.
• Complete primary registration using active mobile number, email ID, and Aadhaar verification details.
• Log in with your generated Registration Number and Password to fill Part-1 of the online application form.
• Enter educational qualifications, category details, post preferences, and choice of exam language.
• Pay the requisite application fee online via net banking, credit/debit card, or UPI.
• Upload scanned photograph, signature, and community/category certificate (if applicable) as per specified formats.
• Submit the completed application form and print a copy for future reference.
