Company ne 19 different trades mein 171 Trade Apprentice seats ke liye online applications invite kiye hain. Inmein Electrician ki 36, Computer Assistant (COPA) ki 20 aur Fitter, Turner/Machinist aur Welder ki 16-16 seats shamil hain.

Is recruitment mein prescribed qualification ke according 10th pass aur ITI candidates apply kar sakte hain. Online application 05 November 2026 se start ho chuka hai. Eligible candidates 24 November 2026 tak HCL ki official website par application submit kar sakte hain.

• Driver-cum-Mechanic (LMV): 10th pass under 10+2 system or equivalent.
• ITI Trades: Concerned trade mein recognized institute se ITI qualification, as prescribed in the notification.

Qualification clarification: Official notification ke clause A(2) mein Sl. No. 4 to 19 ke liye ITI aur Sl. No. 1 and 3 ke liye 10th qualification mention hai. Lekin selection methodology mein Mate Mines aur Blaster Mines ko bina ITI requirement wale trades ke roop mein refer kiya gaya hai. Shotfirer/Blaster ke liye eligibility wording mein inconsistency hai. Is trade ke candidates ko apply karne se pehle HCL se qualification confirm karni chahiye.

Diploma, B.E. ya equivalent higher professional qualification wale candidates ko consider nahi kiya jayega. B.A., B.Sc. aur B.Com. jaisi higher academic qualifications ke liye additional weightage nahi milega.

How Will HCL Prepare the Apprentice Merit List?

Training, Stipend and Employment After Apprenticeship

Selected candidates ko unke respective trade ke according 1 year se 3 years tak training di jayegi. Shotfirer/Blaster training 2 years aur Mate Mines training 3 years ki hai. Baaki trades ki duration notification mein separately mentioned hai.

Stipend applicable apprenticeship rules ke according payable hoga. Notification mein fixed monthly stipend amount mention nahi hai.

Ek important condition yeh hai ki apprenticeship complete karne ke baad HCL mein permanent employment ka koi assurance nahi hai. Training ka purpose candidates ki practical skills aur employability improve karna hai.
