Selection Process
- For Junior Engineer (Electrical): Two-Tier Examination — Tier-I CBT (200 Marks, Screening/Qualifying) + Tier-II CBT (200 Marks, for Final Merit Selection).
- For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): One-Tier Computer Based Test (CBT) carrying 200 Marks (Duration: 2 Hours).
- Document Verification of shortlisted candidates based on CBT merit and post preference.
- Medical Fitness Examination conducted by the respective indenting department.

- Visit the official DSSSB online application portal at dsssbonline.nic.in starting from 12 November 2026.
- Complete your One Time Registration (OTR) if you are a new applicant, or log in with your existing credentials.
- Locate Advertisement No. 06/2026 and choose the appropriate post code (809/26 for JE Electrical, 810/26 for MTS).
- Fill in your educational details, communication address, and department preferences in order of priority.
- Upload your scanned photograph, signature, thumb impression, and required documents as per DSSSB dimensions.
- Pay the application fee of Rs. 100/- online through SBI e-Pay (exempted categories pay Nil).
- Submit the online application form before 11 December 2026 and download a printed copy of the confirmation page for your records.
