Programmer Grade-2 (01 post): Bachelor’s degree + PGDCA or DOEACC ‘A’ Level + working knowledge of C/C++, FoxPro, Oracle/Ingress/Sybase, networking OS, and office automation packages. This is a practical skills test disguised as an eligibility criterion. If you cannot actually code or manage databases, do not apply just because you have the certificate.
