- Click on the link for “Application for Medical Officer (Short Service Commission) 2026” starting from 09 November 2026.
- Complete candidate registration using your primary email ID and active mobile number to generate login details.
- Fill in all personal particulars, communication details, educational qualifications (MBBS / PG), internship completion details, and Medical Council registration numbers.
- Upload scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, MBBS / PG degree certificates, and Medical Council registration certificates.
- Pay the online application fee of Rs. 200/- through the integrated payment gateway.
- Review the application preview, submit the form on or before 18 November 2026, and print a hard copy of the submitted application for the interview round.
