Bihar Police Subordinate Services Commission (BPSSC) has issued a recruitment advertisement for the direct appointment of "Havildar Instructor" in the Bihar Home Guard service cadre. Selection Process
- First Stage (Written Exam): 100 marks objective exam, qualifying in nature.
- Second Stage (Physical Efficiency Test): Total 100 marks.
- Merit List: Based on the marks obtained in the physical efficiency test.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a salary according to the 7th Pay Commission, starting from ₹25,500/- to ₹81,100/- along with other government allowances.
