The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has officially released the Preliminary Admit Card for the Common Recruitment Process for Probationary Officers and Management Trainees (CRP PO/MT XVI) 2026. Candidates who submitted their applications online can now access and download their hall tickets from the official IBPS portal. The preliminary online examination is a critical step for candidates aspiring to secure Probationary Officer positions across participating public sector banks nationwide.

- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
- Selection Process: The selection mechanism comprises three mandatory phases:
- Preliminary Examination: Objective test covering English, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning.
- Main Examination: Objective tests alongside a Descriptive paper.
- Interview: Conducted by participating organizations and coordinated by IBPS.

Registered candidates can follow the step-by-step instructions detailed below to obtain their admission letter:
- Visit the official portal of IBPS at www.ibps.in.
- Locate and click on the notification link for 'CRP PO/MT XVI Call Letter'.
- You will be redirected to the candidate login gateway.
- Select your preferred language (English or Hindi) for printing the admit card.
- Enter your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth in the DD-MM-YYYY format.
- Enter the security Captcha code displayed on the screen accurately.
- Click the 'Submit/Login' button to render your admit card.
- Verify all personal and exam details shown on the hall ticket and download it as a PDF.
- Print a minimum of two clear copies for reference on exam day.
Important Instructions & Advice
Candidates must carefully check all printed details, including candidate name, roll number, registration number, exam venue address, date, reporting time, and shift details. If any discrepancy is detected, report it immediately to IBPS technical assistance. Ensure you carry a valid photo identification card (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) along with a clear photocopy and the printed admit card. Candidates arriving at the test center without mandatory identification documents will be strictly denied entry.
