MOIL Limited, a Schedule 'A' Miniratna Category-I Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, has issued recruitment notification Advt. No. CGM(P)/08/2026 inviting offline applications for the executive leadership post of Chief General Manager (Personnel) in E-08 grade. MOIL is India's largest manganese ore producer operating 11 mines across Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh. The organization is seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive its strategic growth and manpower planning as it expands production targets towards 2030.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Candidates must meet comprehensive education, age, and experience requirements to be considered for this top management position:
- Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Social Work (with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management, and Industrial Relations) or PG Degree/Diploma in IRPM / Master in Labour Studies / MBA with specialization in PM/HR/HRD. The qualification must be of a minimum 2-year duration.
- Experience Requirements: Minimum 22 years of cumulative experience, with at least 15 years in HR/IR/Personnel disciplines at an executive level in CPSEs, Central/State Governments, or reputed private firms. Additionally, candidates from CPSEs must have at least 2 years of service in the E-07 scale, while private sector candidates must possess an annual CTC of no less than Rs. 30 Lakhs.
- Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 53 years as on 17th September 2026. Internal/departmental candidates are exempted from the age cap.
- Selection Procedure: Initial screening and shortlisting of applications will be conducted, followed by a Personal Interview. Shortlisted candidates attending the interview will be eligible for travel reimbursement as per company rules.
