NTPC Assistant Officer Vacancy & Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks from a recognized University / Institute (55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
• 2-Year Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism / Advertising & Communication / Public Relations (or combination thereof) with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).

Selection Process & Exam

• Shortlisting based on eligibility criteria
• Online Computer Based Written Test
• Personal Interview
• Medical Examination.
• In case written test and interview are conducted, final merit will carry 85% weightage for online written test marks and 15% weightage for personal interview marks.
• The online written examination consists of two sections: Subject Knowledge Test (SKT) and Executive Aptitude Test (EAT). Candidates must qualify in both sections separately.
• Selected candidates can be posted at any of the Offices, Stations, Projects, Joint Ventures, or Subsidiaries of NTPC across India.

• Upload scanned copies of Class 10th marksheet/certificate (for DOB), Graduation & PG Degree marksheets, CGPA conversion formulas, ID proofs, and valid Category/Disability certificates.
