How To Fill Voter ID Registration Form (Online)
- Visit the official National Voters’ Services Portal (NVSP) at www.nvsp.in.
- Click on “Sign-Up” at the top right corner and register using your mobile number, email, and password.
- Verify your account with the OTP received on your mobile and email.
- Login to your account and select “Fill Form 6” under “New registration for general electors”.
- Fill in personal details: name, father’s name, date of birth, gender, address, Aadhaar number (optional).
- Upload passport size photograph and required documents (identity proof, address proof, age proof).
- Review all entered information carefully and click on “Preview and Submit”.
- Submit the form and note down the reference number for future tracking.
