Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released an official recruitment notification (Advt No: 12/2026/CHQ/DR-CBT) inviting online applications from eligible Indian citizens for the recruitment of Manager and Junior Executive positions across multiple disciplines including Civil, Electrical, Finance, IT, Law, Operations, and Fire Services. A total of 389 vacancies are announced under this drive. Eligible candidates can submit their online application form through the official AAI portal starting from 08th August 2026 until the deadline on 07th September 2026.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
Candidates applying for the Manager and Junior Executive positions must fulfill specific educational qualifications, age limits, and physical requirements depending on the discipline applied for:
- Manager Posts: Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), Architecture, Law, or a Post-Graduate Degree/Professional qualification (MBA/CA/CMA) along with a minimum of 3 years of work experience in the concerned discipline. Upper age limit is set to 32 years.
- Junior Executive Posts: Requires a relevant Bachelor's or Professional Degree (B.E/B.Tech, B.Sc with MBA, LL.B, M.Sc, or CA/CMA) with no prior experience required. Upper age limit is set to 27 years.
- Physical & Medical Standards: Specific physical fitness criteria apply to Fire Services and Operations posts, including 6/6 distance vision without glasses and minimum height/chest specifications. Candidates for Operations roles must hold a valid LMV driving license.
- Selection Stages: Selection will be conducted through a single-stage online Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 120 questions across General Aptitude and Subject Knowledge sections with no negative marking. Subsequent rounds include Document Verification, Physical Endurance Test (PET for Fire Services), Interview (where applicable), and Final Medical Examination.

- Select the Apply Online registration link and create a new profile by providing your active Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Fill out the complete online application form carefully with your personal details, academic credentials, and work experience.
- Upload scanned clear copies of your recent passport-sized photograph, signature, and relevant supporting certificates.
- Pay the required application fee using Online Payment Gateways (Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI). Reserved category candidates and female applicants are exempt from payment.
- Submit the completed application form and print out a physical copy of the confirmation receipt for future correspondence.
