The High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh has officially issued the Interview Admit Card and Schedule for the post of Safai Sewak and Mali against Employment Notice No. 03/SS/ML/HC/2026. This recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 167 positions across the court establishments, including 75 posts for Safai Sewak and 92 posts for Mali.
Candidates who applied online between 9th June 2026 and 30th June 2026 can now access and download their Call Letters online starting 12th August 2026. The interview sessions will take place from 18th August 2026 to 5th September 2026. Candidates must appear for the practical interview on their allocated date and venue specified in the admit card.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
The recruitment process for these support staff positions relies primarily on practical assessment and personal evaluation:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess basic working knowledge of Hindi and the relevant regional language.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years as of 30th June 2026. Age relaxations apply for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per the High Court of Punjab & Haryana Recruitment Rules.
- Selection Stages: The selection process consists of three main phases:
- Practical Test / Personal Interview
- Document Verification (DV)
- Medical Examination

- Visit the official recruitment portal of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at highcourtchd.gov.in.
- Navigate to the direct download login link for either the Safai Sewak or Mali post.
- Enter your registered credentials, such as Registration ID / Roll Number and Password or Date of Birth.
- Click on the login/submit button to generate your Admit Card on the screen.
- Download the admit card PDF file and take a clear printout for future verification.
Important Instructions & Advice
All candidates attending the interview round are advised to adhere to the following directives:
- Mandatory Documents: Bring a hard copy of the Interview Admit Card along with original photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, or Driving License).
- Original Certificates: Carry original documents supporting educational qualifications, age proof, category certificate, and experience (if applicable) for the Document Verification stage.
- Reporting Time: Arrive at the designated interview center well ahead of the reporting time printed on your Call Letter. Late entries will not be permitted under any circumstances.
