The Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) has officially announced the exam city details for the Assistant Prosecution Officer (APO) Recruitment Examination 2024-2026. Candidates who submitted their application forms for the 181 Assistant Prosecution Officer positions can now log into the SSO Rajasthan portal to check their allocated exam city and district location. This intimation helps candidates plan their travel arrangements in advance before the official hall ticket is released.
The examination is scheduled to be conducted at designated centers across Rajasthan. Candidates are advised to verify their examination district details promptly using their registration credentials or Application Number via the SSO portal.
Eligibility & Selection Criteria
To be eligible for the Assistant Prosecution Officer position, candidates were required to fulfill specific academic and age criteria set by the commission:
- Educational Qualification: Degree in Law (LL.B Professional) from a recognized university in India along with working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script and knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
- Age Bounds: Minimum age of 21 years and maximum age of 40 years, with upper age relaxation applicable to reserved categories as per Rajasthan State Government rules.
- Selection Stages: The selection process consists of a Preliminary Objective Examination followed by a Main Written Examination and Document Verification.

- Visit the official Rajasthan Single Sign-On portal at sso.rajasthan.gov.in or the direct link provided.
- Log in using your SSO ID / Username, Password, and the displayed captcha code.
- Navigate to the Recruitment Portal section on your dashboard.
- Click on the notification link labeled 'Know Your District Location - APO Exam 2024'.
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth to view your designated exam city and date.
- Download and save a soft copy or print the location slip for future reference.
Important Instructions & Advice
Candidates must keep in mind that the exam city intimation slip is not the official Admit Card. The detailed hall ticket containing the exact test center address, roll number, and reporting time will be made available for download 3 to 4 days prior to the scheduled exam date.
On the exam day, candidates must carry a printed copy of the Admit Card along with a original valid photo ID proof (such as Aadhar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License) and standard passport-size photographs as mandated by RPSC rules. Reach the exam venue well before the gate closure time mentioned on your hall ticket.
